Surgeries for eyes - Just say you had a problem in blinking or keeping your eyelids closed and it affected your sleep.

Surgeries involving lower maxillary changes (lefort 1) - Just say it affected your mouth and bite.

Surgeries involving the upper maxilla and the nose (rhinoplasty) - Just say you had breathing problems, your air intake and breathing quality was increased after the surgery.

Jaw= sleep apnea, overbite, underbite, broken jaw
Nose = sleep apnea, broken nose, deviated septum
Eye = grew out eyebrows, lagophthalmos, double vision, uncoordination, lasik/prk, replaced lens because of cataract
