I make it a point to view my face as a whole and not focus on certain parts of it.
I compare what I see, vs what's in mirror selfies, regular selfies, webcams.
Tbh, sometimes I hang out in public restrooms or around public mirrors to compare how I look in the mirror vs other dudes in there.
Though it's still hard to get an accurate sense, since it changes quite a bit under different lighting conditions.
So it's hard to have 1 perception of how you look. As long as you look aesthetic majority of the times, I think you should be
good irl or at least close enough to it.
