im 16.5, 145lb at 5,10, 20 percent bodyfat





I have experience with science based lifting but I'm getting back into it,

-And no I don't have muscle memory bc I lifted before puberty which means I didn't gain that much muscle, so now i've been lifting for 2 months and regained all the same strength


Whats the most efficient wway to fix my physique, with only exogenous testosterone of course.

1: Straight recomp


Like literally stay at the same weight with higher muscle so like 12 percent bodyfat

2: Cut then lean bulk

3: LEan bulk then cut.

I already have my cycle planned, and I need it because last time I checked my test was below the normal range:

-With my training dialed in of course.

in photo fresh 16 now 16.5 like you

with only test i would recommend going for 400mg in the bulk if you could 600 test and 300 eq would be insanely good it made me gain around 13kg in a month

and the most eficient way to gain muscle being on test is just lifting test will do most of the job just gotta go till failure your regeneration will be crazy anyway

Hard to know but usally you are way higher bf% than you think. If you think your 18% your probaly 25%. If you think your 10% your probaly close to 17%. People underestimate how fat they are and how much they need to go down in weight by an big shot usally. Best way is to go to an actual doctor but even then its not always completley accurate.

Wdym regenration? If you mean muscle memory, because I used to lift, like I said I lifted before puberty so I never got past the muscle mass I have now.

This means I wont gain muscle any quicker then If I havent lifted in the past

What about calories, because I could lose fat or not lose fat but gain more muscle?

test stops lipogenesis while boosting lipolysis so you are gonna gain less fat and ofcourse much much more muscle dont worry about your calories just eat alot on bulk cycles

also ancillaries? what cycle are you gonna do have you decided?

Im gonna do 250mg of test, split into 3 injections

I know this seems low, but because I'm deficient it will give me huge newbie gains

once I have adult muscle mass, I will increase the dose to like 500

As for ancillaries, Aromasin and dutasteride, for aromasin It will depend on my conversion

I will be getting blood tests, but maybe start with 5-6mgs every other day or e3d if I start to see sides

no need for the dut you are 16 do minioxidil
if you get bloodwork check shbg and free test
