How do you fix a cowlick?

Seen some cowlicks on hairlines fixed with some soft gels, could this apply to eyebrow cowlicks?

usually eyebrow cowlicks look fine, if its really bad just pluck it off
dont bother with eyebrow gel youll look gay
dont get a brow lamination either, they press ur brows down to ur face and sculpt them, youll look gay again

i cant rlly pluck it off cuz then my eyebrow would look terrible i js want like good symmetry

can you pluck it to match your other eyebrow? i suggest looking really close and only grabbing the hairs that grow fully sideways, leave the rest of them alone
