how do you fix dark under eyes?

If ur genetically have dark under eyes how to fix it
is it through surgical or is there any option like vitamin C supliment which i heard could fix dark under because of the pigmentation but is there any solution

you could either get implants or fat grafting im pretty sure that fat grafting is the cheaper alternative and I hopefully want to get it soon

caffeine/vitamin c cream to get rid of the pigment but ya your gonna need implants and or fat grafting

real my under eyes are so bad walahi my under eye are cooked i want to do fat grafting under eye asap i am saving up rn when i turn 18 with some money left i am getting it done i want to send a photo of my under eyes to you but i will give you a warning its the worst you have ever seen

no it constricts the blood vessels in the under eye
