How do you fix forward head posture and rounded shoulders?

Chin tucks don't do much. I don't have any actual equipment

thank you but these are mostly just stretches,I need to strengthen these muscles so my posture remains good
Focus mainly on rear delts to pull your chest back

okay thank you. by the way do you know any equipment that could be helpful for home workouts? I can't get a pullup bar since living in a rented house rn as we moved to a new city and don't wanna damage the doorframe or wall with a pullup bar (my parents won't listen to me on this anymore)

Invest in dumbbels and a bench and that should be enough to be honest


Push muscles don't require equipments like pull & legs though, could always do push ups, pike push-ups and dips (with chair) for chest, triceps and shoulders
