How do you get fuller upper lips?

My top lip is thin and my bottom lip is way fuller. Is there a way to fix and how so?

Since I'm here I didn't tried anything but there is a technique it's wolf's law on lips version you need to brush the zones you want to get bigger for 2min until it's bleeding then you do that idk how often but the tissues are supposed to regrow and make the zones bigger but no 1 tried it I think and the problem is that if you fix the initial problem who caused that the zone you made bigger will be even bigger so I think the best is to fix the biggest bones problem Like overbite or it could be genetics idk

Lip filler. Your maxilla might just be recessed though causing your upper lip to be sunken in still.
