How do you get rid of body acne

I have acne on my back and on my pecs, it's really ugly as when I take out my shirt all the Beckys stay away as they see my acne. I hate the acne and I tried to get rid of it but it won't come out I really need help

Body acne is a fucking curse
You can cope with salicylic acid but that barely did shit for me, mine went away on its own after puberty and I got luckily no scars/dark spots at all

I don't wanna turn into a fallout creature I'll just cope with salicylic acid and try to keep sweat away from there

For me:

Diet first

Then soap body and shower everyday especially after sweating, and then after shower moisturizing with lotion or body moisturizer (Very important, as if I didnt do this nothing mattered)

You must do those three cant miss any.

Now its gone, same with my face acne.
