How do you grow your fucking ARMS??

Bruh I've been trying to grow my fucking arms for like a year now, and I feel like they're growing hella minimally. My. back and chest grow fine, but my damn arms don't. This is my upper day. I hit arms usually 3x a week. Do I need to change something with my volume or what?



Upper Day A
  • 4x Chest
    • Low to High Cable Pec Fly (2x)
    • Cable Pec Fly (2x)
  • 4x Back
    • Iso-Neutral Upper Back Row (2x)
    • Close-Grip Lat Pulldown (2x)
  • 2x Shoulders
    • Cable Lateral Raise (2x)
  • 2x Bicep
    • Dumbbell Preacher Curl (2x)
    • Cable Curl (2x)
  • 3x Tricep
    • Smith JM Press (2x)
    • Single-Arm Tricep Extension (1x)

Wrong question, you should be asking how to grow your shoulders and overall frame, arms litterary dont matter, and whatever you do they will grow alongside of your shoulders and back.

Put arms at the beginning its not that hard broskie

brah ur arms aint even bad, id say u could gain more from focusing abit more on shoulders like @Markomaxxer said, i still think they are important but urs are already quite developed

i do arms at the beginning lol. This order of the split i put up is wrong

Honestly I agree. you got any advice for how to optimize shoulder growth?
 
Low volume high intensity 2x failure 2-3 exercises per muscle
