The factors for vascularity in order of importance
- Genetics: Some people have thinner more translucent skin or larger diameter blood vessels
- PEDs: Anabolics and cutting aids will allow you retain more mass while getting leaner and dryer allowing your veins to pop out freakishly when you get a pump
- Stimulants: All commonly used stimulants including caffeine constrict blood vessels so chose a stim free preworkout (Gorilla Mode nitric is the best not dick riding it literally just is)
- Electrolytes: Adding more sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium will increase blood volume
- Supplements: Nitric oxide precursors like L-citruline, agmatine sulfate and nitrosigene. Cortisol reducing supplements may also decrease vasoconstriction from stress
