I cope with Adderall. It helps a fuck ton and I try and take at least 2 days off a week to help with tolerance and my body. I can easily study for 8 hours + if I want to but I take a lot of breaks throughout the day to avoid a worse crash. Pairing theanine and magnesium with Adderall reduces the side-effects of anxiety and insomnia. Drinking coffee 2-3 hours after taking the Adderall amplifies its effects but also makes side-effects worse when crashing.
