How do you guys think or imagine

this may sound stupid but i know someone who cant imagine pictures and can only think or imagine black and white words.
another reason im asking this is cause before i started smoking weed i had to concentrate very hard to try think of an image but after i started i could imagine entire scenarios and videos in my head effortlessly

I have hyperphantasia and it’s pretty cool. Can’t imagine how boring my life would have been if I couldn’t have real pictures in my head xd

Its weird for me, I can imagine pictures in my head but not all the time, its like i gotta close my eyes and focus
