How do you gymcel count calories when it's just too difficult to know

eg. you eat at a restaurant with no nutrition info
or your friends prepares dinner
My OCD autistic brain needs to track every calories but it's impossible
 
Average meal is around 500 calories. If it's very fatty add 100-300 calories more
 
they have nothing else to do
