How do you know if your SUPRAS are recessed or not?

I'm not talking about the browridge, as it's visible to see if a browridge is forwardly grown or not. But how do you analyze supras. Is it just determined by if the person has uee or not?

it's not about recession, it's about insertion. You determine insertion by looking at your eyebrows. Lowset eyebrows = lowset supras.
