conisdering ur not willing to take pharma just do cardio and keep a caloric deficit. no weird diets like keto or sum. Mark as solution:love:

just do cardio you are to young for starving your self that will just mess up your hormones lots of fat could also just be baby fat it will go away when you get older

Vomit and starve for 1,5 day then Eat only ground beef, yogurt and some orange juice. Repeat every week-end

You could take meth as an average person everyday and it would be better for your health than being as fat as you are. Disgusting. Also how are you obese, 5'10 and you have a girlfriend. Absolute larp.

10k steps is not enough to loose fat i would start going to the gym and doing any typ of cardio just for as long as you can but aim for 1-2 hours maby track your food so you stay in your calorie requirement

I actually dont even eat as much as i should be im talking bout 2.2k MAX but i think i dont lose any bc i dont do shit i just ldar all day and its super unmotivating but i think i need to take serious actions from now on so as you said go to gym (everyday?) thanks for advice btw

No problem when you start with the gym you should go slow at first so you dont loose motivaton so maby 2 days in a row and than one day to rest

just start a combat sport youll lose fat in no time + gain muscle + gain confidence + fuck up whoever bothers you

zone 2 cardio incline on treadmill ed/eod 1h-2h+ while watching porn or whatever u enjoy
 
been going for 1 year 3 times a week and im a completly different human
I believe that i mean combat sport actually makes ppl beasts i mean i know a short guy whos 1,5 y younger then me and he would probably beat the shit out of me just bc hes doing boxing for like 2 y even tho i weigh like 35kg more:forcedsmile:

dont even take these niggas that say take reta seriously because all their rotted brain think is that taking stuff is the only solution :lul: Just keep calorie deficit and do cardio for example just walking getting in some daily steps you can try some boxing as well since its one of the best cardio for both losing fat and increasing your stamina, I wouldnt suggest doing the calorie deficit too much since you are just a kid thats growing up but thats it, you can try adding raw bovine colostrum to your diet if you want as well it would give you benefits, just be sure that your source is clean and not a dirty ass farmer

if you are still in a deficit it probably does work but just too little to make that much difference, since you are already doing good enough I'll just suggest lifting up your activity level's and you'll lose fat as time passes
