10k steps is not enough to loose fat i would start going to the gym and doing any typ of cardio just for as long as you can but aim for 1-2 hours maby track your food so you stay in your calorie requirement
I actually dont even eat as much as i should be im talking bout 2.2k MAX but i think i dont lose any bc i dont do shit i just ldar all day and its super unmotivating but i think i need to take serious actions from now on so as you said go to gym (everyday?) thanks for advice btw

Just keep calorie deficit and do cardio for example just walking getting in some daily steps you can try some boxing as well since its one of the best cardio for both losing fat and increasing your stamina, I wouldnt suggest doing the calorie deficit too much since you are just a kid thats growing up but thats it, you can try adding raw bovine colostrum to your diet if you want as well it would give you benefits, just be sure that your source is clean and not a dirty ass farmer

you can start with that and increase it later on to like 10k steps a day, if you dont have anything that counts your steps you can download some apps to your phone
