How do you make true deep friendships like real best friends ?

I have friends but none im super close with like im in some groupchats i go out but i dont have a single or couple friends im really close with i havent ever had an actual best friend im turning 18 soon going to college and if i cant make one before college i need to make one in college becuase i think having a bestfriend is improtant i also wanna know what it is like having one also never had a girlfriend but thats for another day peace

I don't and probably never will you can't just find friends like that they have to come naturally either from childhood or important or risky shared experiences with people which are rare to find. Go to college and join a frat or something bro.
