I hit a point where I was disgusted with myself and what my life had become, so I decided I was done with that NEET crap for good. Neeting without new experiences and a routine is horrible

No I don’t. Work makes me skip the gym and eat garbage because I’m too tired to work out and depressed by being reminded I’m a loser around successful normies so I binge eat for dopamine.

Maybe NEETing is bad for YOU but I’m at a point in my life it’s the only way I can feel anything except suicidal.

i just hit the gym thats like the only productive thing i do currently even on cycle ( if you even consider it to be productive) i used to work like hell 10-12 hrs a day but since july this year i have lost the motivation so much
i just wanna get back up again
