How do you plan to fix your Craniofacial Dystrophy

How do you guys plan on fixing your CranioFacial Dystrophy (recession)?

My current routine

  • Self-Ncr (Loosens sutures and aligns sphenoid bone)
  • Chewing gum (Increase the size of masseter muscle and increases bone mass)
  • Craniosacral Therapy (Aligns sphenoid bone)
  • Buteyko Breathing ( Fix posture / increase CO2 tolerance / loosen sututres)
  • Stretches and strengthening exercises (Fix my posture)
  • Facial Flex (Widen lips and strengthen orbicularis oris muscle for better lip seal)
  • Mewing ( Improve facial structure and breathing)
  • Thumbpulling (loosen sutures and expansion)
  • Myobrace ( align my teeth and fix my overbite hopefully)
Things to research

  • Flowops training
  • Wholebody breathing
  • Occipital Bone

If all else fails I will just get a bimax

chewing and fixing postures are the only legit things that work if youre past puberty

and even they just look good if good insertions (outward gonions) and fixing posture will just make ur face appear less downgrown
