How do you quit gooning? I can't

i can go good for a month, then the urge comes, i start researching is gooning bad in my situation then if they say no, I do it anyway. If they say yes I feel happy to do it. I don't feel nothing when I goon, I know it's bad, my mind tells me it is, but I keep going anyway. I don't want to ascend bad enough, @illusion ur guide helps but once I wanna goon, nothing can stop me. I've also developed weirder and weirder fetishes.


TLDR: Can't quit, try negotiating for a good reason to goon.

put a porn blocker and block the app through apple screentime so you cant take off the blocker - put a random screentime password with your eyes closed

I'd always do that, how I did quit for the longest was believing and chanting 'Porn is not a part of me, and I don't engage in porn since its simply not a part of me' and it weren't the chanting that worked but just believing in what I said actually worked. Also, masturbating is not bad at all, watching porn is though for your brain I think, it also ruined my social skills with females although when I were talking to girls I were still watching porn so idk.
