I run an 8 min mile Help!! I wanna get to 6 by Jan is it possible?

ok so youre going to want to take dextromethorphan 500mgs for 3 days, after that you will feel the afterglow, this makes it so youre unable to feel muscle fatigue, stack meth on top for extra boost

Basically do long runs (3-6miles) like 4 days a week and then do workouts (sprinting, explosiveness, weightlifting) like 2 days a week and rest 1 day a week. Remember to stretch people think stretching doesn’t matter but ur gonna get injured if you don’t. Go on letsrun to find good workouts. Wishing you luck bhai :ogre:.

Can you run the whole way or need breaks?

You should focus on getting the stamina to run constantly and then getting to point where you don't feel that tired after. Then you can slowly push yourself a bit harder to shorten the times.

I never realized till today that I run as fast as 10yos

minus the meth + dxm, last time i did meth + dxm i saw things that fucked with my head. but i couldve ran 20 miles still lol @chudlite

@CopiumX ok dont do the meth part bro but srsly the afterglow on dextrometh will make you run faster

8 min mile is shit. you should be able to improve with some basic training

Go above a mile. Reach point where it stops hurting when you go say for example 1.5 miles at your current speed. Then just push yourself extra hard next time

Do jumprope and do plyometrics (10+ min of jumprope is like roids for your cardio)
