B ) Take pictures yourself with smartphone. Do photos in good lighting [outdoor] and at good time search Golden hour. If you do photo of yourself in front of mirror take few steps back so you can avoid distortion.

c ) Buy cheap dslr with fast lens ie f.1.8 ( so you can have ''Blurry background") and tripod . Set camera on RAW for best quality , place camera on tripod , set timer on, set autofocus continuous so camera can track you , postion yourself and take as many pictures possible so you can pick few good ones.
