How do you sit in your chair?

How are some people able to sit "normally" in a chair for hours?

Like this, my attic room is pretty narrow in walls so I’m close enough to the TV stand and TV. I play both on Xbox (TV wall) and gaming laptop simultaneously. It’s pretty comfortable sitting in this position tbh. I either sleep on the couch or in my bedroom. Both are comfortable. I also lift weights in the same room.
