How do you straighten a downward/upward tilted dick?

Since I increased my girth from 12.4cm to 13cm (from 4,88inch to 5,11inch) (I know it's not much, but it practically makes a difference, but maybe I'm just more confident during sex now, so could be placebo) my last problem is a slightly downward tilted dick, are there non-surgical methods to straighten this? What are the causes of this?

Some women with whom I have sex say that it hurts them, can it be due to the down tilted dick or not? (For reference my length is currently at 17,2cm so 6,77 inch., but I dont think length is the reason tbh)

increase general blood flow, kegel, also used phallosan forte+ sometimes

i have the phallosan but I dont see results in this regard and i dont have time to wear it

so it’s curved, I have the same thing downwards but it’s more than in the pic. all there is in the web is thundersplace threads, and maybe other pe forums too idk about them. there’s stuff like jelqing on the short side, manual stretches etc. Of course there is surgery too, but it’s got cons

I think this curve is not genetic but due to environmental factors. I think the bulbospongiosus muscle is shortened and that's why it pulls the penis into this downward curve. I think it can be corrected by stretching the penis upwards towards the head when the penis is erect.

Will also look into thunderplace and other pe forums, but this is my theory.

when you get an erection: snap it really hard in the opposite direction. that will fix it permanently.
