A video is less distorted than a still-photo, but still distorted all the same.

True mirrors are bullshit. I cant tell a difference between my friends mirrored or not, its all in your head.
But mirrors in natural lighting or a dslr are the only legit ways to see your true self

You can be somewhat good looking and still have the camera do you no favours and turn you into looking average af.

It's been proven time and time again. I have Chad friends who look way better irl and only kinda good looking on camera with failos you would never see irl. The camera distorts you and some people's distortion looks good and some people's doesn't. It's as simple as that.

There are loads of guys on here including myself who look better on video. Still-images are not accurate. Trust me on that one. Even videos are distorted.
