How do you talk to women who you know are interested in you?

This has happened to me 4 times in my life and every time I lost them. It’s about to happen to me again for the fifth time and I don’t want this to be like a cycle of where a girl is interested in me and it all just crumbles away. Do you have any tips on stuff like this
