How do you tell if a women will ghost you ?

every time i've had girls genuinely interested in me it was giga obvious that they were, they'd double text, they'd want me to talk about myself a lot, they shared a lot about their life to me, etc

My experience they will just stop texting everyone that have ghosted me have texted alot
