How do you widen the lips?

My lips are probably my biggest failos, they are luckily not BIG like african lips, but they are full (both top and bottom lips are equal in size), and the bottom lip protrudes outwards, and they are narrow as fuck

How can I widen them and lessen them in size vertically?
