How do you work on a weak chin and jaw? Also how would you work on dimorphism

I have a weak jaw and chin I know those are some of my weak points but I also recently found out I have pretty bad dimorphism so does anyone know anyways to fix them?

orthodontist gave me it, wear it for about a year.

it CAN also work as a palate expander (like mine) which is growing mine out, you have to turn it every week which is like 0.25mm of growth but I do 4 turns a week lol in order to reach 62mm

for like the first 5 days yeah but then u become habituated, just don't wear it for the first 4 and on the 5th night wear it and you'll be fine with it for the rest of the time u have it

i think im doing something strong, chin tucks always fucking hurt to do and i always just put my hand under my jaw and opened and closed, unless im doing something wrong.

i dont have an overbite anymore i got braces and my teeth are perfectly fine i have low set cheekbones and a slight reccession in my chin so id want to fix that
