Found this guy on tiktok and noticed the crazy assymetry in his face, Imo his left is HTN/CL and his right is LTN

What is this caused by?
Is it some sort of sphenoid/palette problem or is it caused by sleeping on one side of the face?

Mind sending the full picture? could be a maxillal asymmetry, which also translates to orbital/infra asymmetry or muscle imbalance

he has bad masseter insertions and hypertrophy on one side of his face, masseter botox would fix

any other response is wrong, he simply chewed primarily on one side his entire life

Can't he just prioritize chewing solely on that untrained side? Realistically, if he fixes jaw posture, sleeps on his back, and trains and hypertrophies the weaker muscle he could balance it out

could be because of a crossbite
