What’s the difference in treatment from 15 to 10?

was like 8% bodyfat before (skin fold test and just based on looks) felt perfectly fine since my body naturally feels perfect at like 12%. i could easily maintain 10% probably. Im like 14% rn due to bulk and feel slightly slugish

at 8% it was shit cuz i looked anorexic, 6'3 140lbs, at 10% i was 6'4 160 ish so alot better, faced actually looked leaner and more handsome, slayed a few foids on ig cuz i looked healthy, at 14% i look less lean but im 175lbs so wider frame, almost same smv and slaying as 10%. goal is to hit 200lbs then cut to 180lbs and 10% bodyfat to slay
