FROM 5FT7 TO 5FT11 | what have I done ?
FULLY BODY STRETCH : LEGS , ARMS , HEAD , SPINE , EVERYTHING AND THEN I WOULD DO MAASAI JUMPS 5 SETS OF 30 REPS , DAILY .
AND THEN TWICE A WEEK A PLYOMETRIC WORKOUT (I ALWAYS STRETCHED BEFORE DOING IT)
HERE S THE WORKOUT:
Standard box jumps : 10 reps , 4 sets
Single leg box jumps : 10 reps each leg , 3 sets
Seated jumps : 10 reps , 2 sets
Side to side jumps : 20 reps , 2 sets per leg
Maasai jumps : 30 reps , 3 sets
Example:
