Doctors. It’s not really necessary if you want it for the meds as you could probably get them cheaper else where
I want adderall:LOL:

I got diagnosed at a psychiatrist who also gave the receipts for Elvanse/Vyvanse/Concerta.

its a clinical process , a psychiatrist evaluates your symptoms, childhood history, attention or executive function tests, and rules out sleep issues, anxiety or nutrient deficits

does this cost money or can this happen through insurance
depends where you live, in poland it's possible to schedule psychiatrist visits through NFZ for free (free healthcare insurance basically) but it's a long and complicated process.

In other countries you have to pay for the sessions

most likely the US is twisted so I will have to go through a long ordeal just to see someone for 5 minutes

Probably, but you want to use ur chances, if it's free just wait and try to get something from a grey source in the meantime.

Sounds a bit more complicated (unless I misunderstood) than in Romania where you just need a referral from the family doc if you're insured or employed/student, otherwise you just go to private clinics. At least you don't need to sell your liver like in other places :feelstastyman:
