How does someone be born with a high iq?

Genetics and upbringing during crucial years , bad upbringing can tamper your potrntial during brain development. Hypothetically you experience multiple concussions during childhood , there is a chance of brain damage and not good development , hence lowered intelligence...

I guess genetics+proper nutrition and proper parental guidance during childhood increases likelihood of high intelligence.

It sucks since I had none of that w bad looks/ethnicity which pretty much sealed my fate.

Take a legit IQ test. Online results can be unreliable

I have had intermittent iq tests through all my life, my parents are low iqs (im guessing 75-90's).

Apart from the most important brain development stages (which is the first 5-6 years of life)

When i was involved in neurotipical normal activities (ex: i was friends with my neightbors etc, had a lot of human contact) and generally had a "normal" life profile, my iq scored just near the avg (coming from test records that my parents have jfl), which is around 100-110

But when i was involved in heavy isolation periods, generally conducts like anxiety,depression, my iq tests would ramp up way higher. (145)

It may be the change in the mental paradigm that allows you to take iq tests seriously and more pragmatically, as where a NT person would most likely do the test without much hassle knowing it doesn't have that much impact.

From what i know, IQ most likely inherited from mother side so if the mother has high IQ, the children most likely to have high IQ as well. If the father also high IQ then of course it raises the chances of children having high IQ i guess

no matter what you did in childhood, it’s unlikely you would’ve risen your IQ by very much. So don’t feel bad
