How does swimming affect growth?

Im 15.4 and ive heard that swimming can stimulate hgh, but idk how much and is it true.
I grew like 1 inch last month (6'0) and got a lot of knees and a bit back stretch
My wingspan is 6'3 but my parents are under 5'8 i genuinely dokt know how it works lol

wingspangs grows before ur height and usally ur height to wingspan ratio is 1-1 so u might get to 6´3

Hope so, im also a bit underweight i just cant eat a lot its too hard for me ig

take something to get better appetite like mk or smth becuse at this age food and nutrition is so freaking important

htn. u prolly peaked height-wise already tbh. tanner 4 at ur age means u already went thru ur main growth spurt. swimming wont do shit for bone growth now.

I peaked my height last 6 month i grew like 4 inches and grew 1 inch last month so idk
