if your front is high htn, but your side is mtn how would it effect you?

so what issues do you face with a bad side?

my front is high htn, but side is like high mtn probably, but worse because i have blemishes from the side

nothing much, if ur front is htn u dont have to worry, unless you have a sub5 side but that's not your case

If you don’t have hooked nose + very recessed negative orbital vector (not slight) + downturned lips

You need those 3 to be downgrown
Other stuff such as narrow skull, low iPd also happens from downgrowth but they can be genetic features too. Same with hooked nose, negative orbital vector etc.. but the chances of all 3 is very low if not affected by downgrowth

Downgrowth is actually the occlusal plane, so without scans, best way to tell would be those 3 traits

thanks (y), i mean my side certainly isn't good, i think i got fucked a bit because of my orthodontist performing dental camouflage - it's also weird despite having a steep appearance from the side it really isn't apparent in the front like it is for most people, my jaw frontal angle is quite high

if you get decent frame and lean muscles you’ll be good , and also try style maxing wear those timberland or any boots that give 3-4 inch height , as long you know how to style them . And I can see you slaying , btw when I saw your physique I genuinely thought you have a body of a 10 year old . Brutal frame , and skinny and short . You can’t get worse than that .

That’s in lighting aswell , yes it’s bad . But not worse than the photo I saw (the one where you were sitting on the table) that picture was brutal

Your body is bad but not horrendous (maybe it’s the lighting or something) it’s not like the photo I saw of you before . Also 3-4 month you’ll be able to atleast have an acceptable physique and grow your frames (shoulders and clav) . If I was in your place I’d go extreme in these 3 months. 5 day a week to the gym . Start eating chicken and beef and increase my calorie intake . Maybe even get the calorie shake because your very skinny .

this is my routine
As long as it works for you then go for it , everyone’s different , also Sam got it in 2 month (he’s rich he’s able to afford good nutrition and chefs) also genetics and hard work . You should be able to get that body in 4-6 months maybe less if you go extreme
