Some surgeries can be godly : Jaw surgery with CCW, Rhinoplasty, Chin Wing, Jaw implants (not always)

But some others surgeries are really bad idea and can botch your whole look very easily : Lip Lift, any kind of zygo implants, all eyes surgeries.

It is what it is. Very rarely seen a chin to philtrum ratio so bad it's shocking
