just avoid low test cuckslop and be a primalblud (primal diet), raw milk, raw meat, raw eggs sunlight sprints eat in a calorie surplus. if u aint got access to raw meat or raw milk, just eat raw eggs, make sure theyre from a trusted source like a trusted farmer, and eat foods with a lot of fat and also eat dark chocolate for the magnesium this is grey knowledge btw but the results compound over time, this is what im doing and my frame has improved

also i dont know because im 59kg and i want to lose weight so its hard to balance it all out

check ur bmi coz if u are overweight then yea u should try to lose weight but i suggest that you gain if you arent at the bmi that you should be at. being skinny during puberty is the worst thing that you can do for frame, height, and bone density so trust me you do not want that

and btw you need to do like compound lifts or some sort of sport that requires physical contact maybe rugby or sum like that because the bones need stress.

If you're in a gym which u should be, besides choosing a split, here you wanna focus on doing exercises that will build up that sexy frame, the muscles that we want to target would be : Shoulders ( lateral delts especially ), Abs, Lats, Upper chest & forearms + necks.

So for that you can do :
- Lateral machine raises for side delts
- Inclined machine press for upper chest
- A Narrow grip pulldown + A chest supported row for the lats
- A crunch variation for abs
- A reverse curl for forearms
- Neck curls + extensions for neck.

Note that you should also train all of your body muscles so u won't look like a shitty gay nigga.
For supp, i would suggest getting a vit D + K2, A creatine.
