Dont reply to shady DM's and dont click links, hide personal information and accounts linked to your Twitter, dont use your real name, and thats pretty much it, only a dozen of people can actually track your information between you and them without any communication, what people will usually do is dm u a link or picture which when clicked will steal your ip information and with that your address, name etc
