How effective is pure pharmaceutical HGH compared to the chinese ones

i heard that the grey market ones are cheap because they are heavily diluted and that 8ui of the HGH compares to 2ui of the pure pharmaceutical one

how true is that? is there really a big discrepancy between each one?

now we all know that 90% of grey market suppliers for peptides and human growth hormone just put freeze dried water instead of the actual product, and that is very hard to find one that actually contains the product

but for the ones that actually do, how is the perfomance compared to the medical grade ones?
