Your examples suggest you're asking the question how far can being rich and famous get you. Simon Cowell was also above average in his prime.

As for personality, if a girl finds you noticeably below average i.e. ugly - no amount of personality will make her attracted to you. If you meet her minimum looks threshold however, personality will go a long way in seperating you from the competition. I think the black pill community exaggerates where that minimum looks threshold is for most girls, if you're average to decent looking then you have a chance with most girls if you can create some emotional attraction - that's why most of your normie friends have girlfriends. And where imo: Status and Money are the next things that help.

Actually what only matters in dating with personality is: Being extraverted enough to meet alot/plenty new women; being pretty relaxed/calm and not being overly anxious/nervous/freaked out easily. Being relatable, and having some communitaion skills also helps in the personality factor. And that's about all of it, imo.
