i need the op's example surgery. my lower third is short that it's hilarious. I need Bimax downgrafting so bad. I need to show my doctor this. If I get this then I can finally go outside

It’s from the downward expansion of the maxilla. If you have SFS, a good way of showing this is by relaxing your jaw, you will find the lips become much more ‘plump’.

What do you mean by relaxing? You mean creating space and raising your bite?

If so wouldn’t just adding height to the bite fix it alone?
