it was my first combat sport too, I practiced it for almost two years, very fun, I honestly recommend it, the use of the legs in combat sports makes everything more fun

I prefer grappling so i do BJJ and i have my first judo class in two months but kickboxing is very good

Very good. punches + kicks, and it's very effective too.
