1 being a diet of whatever,mostly store bought processed shit.
10 being a perfectly measured and constructed diet that includes most of the needed stuff for your body to function at its best.
the closer you are to 1 the more shitty food you involve in your daily eating- processed sugar,snacks,fast food,energy drinks,seed oils
if you could specify whats the bad stuff that you are eating,and what stuff you always make sure to eat to stay healthy,that will be amazing.im trying to see how many on org really believe that a good diet is a part of ascending and actually go by it.
