hm am i retarded for asking if the area at my nasolabial folds like by my nose could it increase fat there? or is the skin around the infras being thinner why it does what it does


obv not gonna use it to get rid of my nasolabial folds but it if i could get the line out that runs to my nose with adding a small amount of fat id be invested

The issue is your canine fossa ( the depression in your maxilla)

Increasing fat there sadly wouldnt help

surgery wise what do you think is good? its odd bc my maxilla doesnt feel flat its like where u said at my caine the lower part then the upper part doesnt seem bad very hard to explain we can talk in dms if u dont mind

Don't worry everyone has that bone formation, you don't need surgery everyone has nasolabial folds completely normal

The canine fossa also determines what kind of hollow cheeks you have

The first (green background) is from shallow canine fossa, the second is from deep canine fosss

fawkkk bro im just a cutecel so it fucks with me alot i feel id look better with a youthful face with no nasolabial folds but ik it isnt possible ):

they look like the picture below because i feel they are tightly attached to my lip i wish i could fucking cut the tissue with a scapel bro prob gonna be hifu treatment and pdo threads atp, what have you seen work besides that

Idk if you agree but sounds like i should prob advance my whole face overall to fix this issue and not just try only at my maxilla, obv not discrediting you, but i feel at this point itd just be worth it to advance my whole face. I feel my mandible is recessed as well not to a degree you can see it even when I jut, but my bite is pretty shit
