hm am i retarded for asking if the area at my nasolabial folds like by my nose could it increase fat there? or is the skin around the infras being thinner why it does what it does


obv not gonna use it to get rid of my nasolabial folds but it if i could get the line out that runs to my nose with adding a small amount of fat id be invested

The issue is your canine fossa ( the depression in your maxilla)

Don't worry everyone has that bone formation, you don't need surgery everyone has nasolabial folds completely normal

The canine fossa also determines what kind of hollow cheeks you have

The first (green background) is from shallow canine fossa, the second is from deep canine fosss

Idk if you agree but sounds like i should prob advance my whole face overall to fix this issue and not just try only at my maxilla, obv not discrediting you, but i feel at this point itd just be worth it to advance my whole face. I feel my mandible is recessed as well not to a degree you can see it even when I jut, but my bite is pretty shit
