How Had My Side Gotten So Much Worse

Second photo is from july when i first started test and first is today

Im the same if not lower bf% now and i started tren so i lowered test dose to 150mg so it should be from bloat either but every part of my side other than my chin looks more recessed and my hyoid is way lower, what do i do and why is this

Im not high bf im at 14% bro, i dont think most of it is bloat and im frauding philtrum
