Well you have to get through med school obviously.

I heard Plastic Surgery is very hard to get into hence why many flunk out and become Psychiatrists

its hard asf im on track to do it rn. in the us its like this:

4 years bachelors degree + 4 years medical school (very hard) + 3-4 years residency + 1-5 years fellowship (optional but all the good ones do it)

then you can become any type of doctor or physician but the residency and fellowship would be specific to cosmetics/ plastic surgery

It requires a lot of time, effort, and most importantly money, which I am almost certainly confident you do not have, or will not have in years coming. You probably glanced at some BP edits and figured it'd be a good profession to look into, though most cosmetic surgeons have had a lifelong interest in it. Your obsession or interest with looks is fleeting, trust me.

Its already exhausting preparing for medical, going through medical school , landing the career to be working constsntly with high expectations and performance pressure with so much on the line

If you’re a very intelligent masochist then go for it

high risk, low reward, extremely difficult. Hardest part is getting into med school. You will have to build clinical experience, volunteer in areas you're passionate about, build research experience, demonstrate achievements of leadership, maintain a 3.7-4.0 gpa across all 4 years or last 2 years of undergrad, score a 510-528 on what's probably the hardest exam you will EVER take in your life (8 hour long 230 essay style questions), and finally pass an interview before you're admitted. If you're goal is money, this is possibly the most retarded path possible.

after you're admitted it should be easy sailing from there onwards if you were capable of putting up with the workload I presented above.
