How I actually fixed my melted face

First pic was genuinely some of the worst my skin has ever looked. Second pic is where I’m at now.

My routine was pretty straightforward:

AM
Azelaic acid 20%

PM
Tazarotene 0.1% cream

I also experimented with low-dose Anavar, mainly with the intention of increasing collagen turnover, alongside BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu, both topically

Azelic acid helped massively with the redness and overall appearance of my skin, while the retinoid was probably the biggest addition for texture/turnover.

Also its good to invest in a decent spf

Hope this helps some of you, I know my case is abit more extreme but I hope I didn’t jus write a water thread
