nigga im good, first day was a bit hard cause i was tired, but second day i feel much better, i have a bandage on my face so i cant see it right now, but i think i look similar but just slightly better version, which is was i wanted, but i have to wait till swelling goes down and all the shit on my face gets removed, the personal in clinique is very nice and chill, i had to vomit some blood during the night , fortunately the ladies helped me clean it up, i cant speak clearly right now cause so much spit in my mouth and paralyzed. cant feel my face right now the nigganext to me looks like he has down syndrome

i got a question: why is it that in some patients the nose upturns and the nostrils widen, while in other patients the effect is only minor? i did ccw of my maxilla, but the widening of my nostril wasnz that bad, its due to the cut? the ans point should be cut or not?
